NSW: Virgin boss will bid for terminals only if fares stay low
Virgin Blue boss RICHARD BRANSON says he'll only bid for Ansett terminals if he cankeep his airfares low.
Sir RICHARD flies into Sydney today to meet his new business partner -- CHRIS CORRIGANof Patrick Corporation.
He's told Sky News he believes Virgin can give Qantas a run for its money and keep airfares low.
Sir RICHARD says Virgin does not want any terminal purchase to push up ticket pricesby more than five dollars.
He says what people want is low fares and they don't care whether the terminal is swish or not.
